Why We Built Insurance Desk.
For years, insurance agents have run their businesses on chaos. Paper diaries for renewals, phone galleries for KYC documents, and endless WhatsApp chats. Instead of selling policies, agents were stuck doing tedious admin work.

Rajkumar's journey began at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, where he developed the discipline and resourcefulness that define him today. He went on to earn his BBA in Accounting & Business Management from Parul University, building a strong foundation in commerce and finance.
In 2021, he started selling insurance as an agent with Policybazaar — and quickly realised that the tools available to Indian agents were broken. Paper diaries, scattered WhatsApp chats, and manual renewal tracking were costing agents time, money, and clients. Instead of waiting for someone else to fix it, he built Insurance Desk.
Currently pursuing his Postgraduate degree at the Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management, Rajkumar combines deep domain expertise in insurance with skills in data analytics, Python, SQL, and Power BI — ensuring Insurance Desk stays ahead of the curve with AI-powered features and data-driven insights.
Under his leadership, Insurance Desk has grown to serve 200+ agents managing over ₹50 crores in premiums. His mission is simple: digitally empower every insurance professional in India — one agent at a time.
